This privacy policy describes how Bolt to Home (the “Game”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), published by Brevabee Studios (the “Developer”), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile game on Android or iOS.

By installing or using the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Game and stop using our services.

1. Information We Collect

We do not directly collect personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) from players. The Game stores your gameplay progress (level reached, gems, settings) only on your device.

However, our Game integrates third-party services that may automatically collect information about you and your device, including:

Device identifiers — such as the Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android, the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS, and similar technical IDs.
Approximate location — derived from your IP address (city or region level only, never precise GPS).
Device and network information — operating system version, device model, language, time zone, network connection type, and screen resolution.
App activity and performance data — sessions, crashes, performance metrics, and ad interactions (impressions, clicks).

This information is collected by our advertising and mediation partners listed in Section 4 below.

2. How We Use Information

The information collected is used to:

Display advertisements within the Game (banner, interstitial, rewarded video).
Measure ad performance and prevent ad fraud.
Improve gameplay, fix bugs, and analyze usage patterns.
Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Local Data on Your Device

The Game uses Unity’s PlayerPrefs and local storage to persist:

Current level and total levels unlocked
Earned gems and high scores
Sound and vibration preferences

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly contact us with a support request.

4. Third-Party Services

The Game integrates the following third-party SDKs that may collect information from your device:

Unity LevelPlay (mediation, formerly IronSource)

Purpose: Ad mediation, ad serving, ad measurement.
Data collected: Advertising ID, IP address, device and network info, app activity, ad interactions.

5. Your Choices and Rights

Limit Ad Tracking

You can limit interest-based advertising on your device:

Android: Settings → Google → Ads → “Delete advertising ID” or “Opt out of Ads Personalization”.
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → toggle “Allow Apps to Request to Track” off.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
Object to or restrict processing.
Withdraw consent at any time (the Game will still function but ads may be non-personalized).

California Users (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your data, but ad partners’ use of advertising IDs may be considered sharing under California law. 6. Children’s Privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Game’s advertising is configured to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU’s GDPR-K. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact brevabeestudios@gmail.com and we will delete it.

7. Data Retention

Local game progress is stored on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear app data. Third-party SDKs retain data according to their own retention policies (see links in Section 4).

8. Security

We rely on the security practices of our third-party SDKs and platform providers (Google Play, Apple App Store). No method of internet transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect any information processed by our Game.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the revised policy.
